1. Digital Services

All services provided by Astra Piano Academy are digital and personalized.
Due to the nature of digital content and individual work, refunds are handled under the conditions outlined below.


2. Piano Diagnostic

The Personal Piano Diagnostic is a one-time personalized service based on materials you submit. Refunds are available only if:

  • a duplicate payment was made; or
  • the service has not yet been delivered; or
  • you feel the diagnostic wasn’t enough useful (with argumentation)

Requests related to duplicate payments must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

If you feel the diagnostic wasn’t useful, message [email protected] with argumentation and within 7 days we’ll refund you


3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at:

Include:

  • your purchase email;
  • the name of the service purchased;
  • a brief explanation of your request.

We aim to review refund requests within a reasonable timeframe.


4. Chargebacks

If you experience any issues, please contact us first so we can help.

Unresolved chargebacks may result in:

  • suspension of access to services;
  • refusal of future service.
